Opportunity Description:

Support and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Serves as the lead in the design of the medical components for PACE

Act as a liaison to the medical community on behalf of PACE

Your role encompasses the delivery of elderly patient care, as well as clinical outcomes

Implementation and oversight of the quality assessment and performance improvement program
