Nicole started her career in the executive search industry in 1984. During her career, Nicole has established long-term relationships with mid to senior level professionals within multi-national corporations and has recruited and placed them both nationally and internationally. In addition to working with corporations, Nicole actively recruits physicians within all specialties for Peninsula-based practices.
Nicole is an active member of the National Association of Personnel Placement Services (NAPS), the National Association on Physician Recruiters (NAPR) and the Society of Human Resources Managers (SHRM). Her community involvement includes serving as a board member for the Hearts of Hope Foundation and the Susan G. Komen Foundation. In addition, she is a volunteer for Mayor Joe Frank’s Physician Task Force and a member of the Peninsula Fine Arts Center.
Nicole graduated from the University of Ottawa in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada with a Bachelor of Psychology. She earned the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designation in 1990 and the Certified Solutions Provider (CSP) designation in 2003. Her areas of interest are organizational design and development, strategic planning and recruiting. She is currently pursuing the human resources certification (SPHR).
